Your ringtone sets my teeth on edge - Forget the dictum we're just two hot meals and a bath away form chaos, it should be replaced with a new one, anarchy will result from a bad ringtone, especially if enough people are in earshot and it goes off often enough - mayhem will ensue.
Leaving it unattended - Nothing can agitate a room full of people more than a constantly ringing cell phone, left on a desk or in a drawer whilst the owner takes and extended break. Look, they whole idea of mobile phones is that they're to be carried with you. Leaving it behind all the time sort of defeats the point...
Look up! - If I could get away with patenting an invention for moile cell phones that stabbed the owner in the face everytime they took their eyes of the pavement ahead of them, I would. Nothing gets my goat more than people so wrapped up in their mobile that they lose all concept of the space around them.
Txting - Nothing is more likely to kill evolution than the process of text messaging. Not only is it known to sap imtelligence and cohesive language, but it can kill relationships and friendships faster than you can say RSI.
